Take Your Business to New Heights with an SME IPO

We Assist You in Elevating Your Business with an SME IPO.

Small and medium-sized businesses (SMEs) can raise money from the public market using a specialized fundraising method called an initial public offering (IPO). It gives expanding companies access to a wider range of investors by enabling them to list on SME platforms of stock exchanges like NSE Emerge and BSE SME. In contrast to main board offerings, the SME IPO framework offers simplified listing procedures and fewer regulatory restrictions in order to assist new businesses.

Eligibility

Minimum Paid-Up Capital and Net Worth :

In order to be eligible for a SME IPO, the firm must meet minimum standards for both paid-up capital and net worth. SMEs must meet lower requirements set by the stock exchange than those needed to float on the main stock exchange.

Profitability Track Record or Alternative Performance Criteria :

SMEs aiming to list through an SME IPO must show a history of profitability or meet specific performance criteria established by the stock exchange. This ensures that only companies with a demonstrated potential for success and sustainability are listed, offering a level of protection for investors.

Post-Issue ownership Restrictions :

Post-issue ownership patterns are subject to restrictions. Usually, this means that promoters must keep a sizable portion of the business. This increases an investor's confidence by guaranteeing that the promoters remain dedicated to the firm and have a stake in its success.
